Medusa Rage EFT Review: Full Feature Breakdown and Pricing

A hands-on breakdown of Medusa Rage for Escape from Tarkov: aimbot, ESP, loot filters, quest helper, movement options, real requirements and current pricing.

Medusa Rage is a full-feature private cheat for Escape from Tarkov, covering aimbot, ESP, loot filtering and movement in one package. This review breaks down every function currently listed on its product page, its system requirements and its pricing, so you know exactly what you get before you buy.

Aimbot

The aimbot has two targeting modes. Basic mode lets you toggle body or leg targeting, enable silent melee and instant hit, and set the target radius and max distance. Closest Bone mode targets head, neck or pelvis specifically, and lets you exclude categories of targets, PMCs, friends, player scavs, streamers, bots, guards or bosses, from being targeted at all.

ESP and visuals

Enemy visuals cover the usual ESP layers and a few less common ones:

  • Radar with enemy positions
  • Box ESP in four styles (corners and outline, corners only, box and outline, box only), plus filled boxes
  • Skeleton ESP and a look-direction line
  • Chams in multiple styles, including X-Ray, wireframe glow and glass glow, with adjustable intensity
  • Health bars and player info: name, distance, faction, team ID, R&D level, in-game time and consecutive survivals
  • Inventory value display, with a minimum price filter so low-value targets do not clutter the screen

World visuals go beyond players: grenade detection with trajectory and blast radius, stationary weapon warnings, dangerous zone markers for mines and snipers, exit locations, BTR tracking and bullet tracer lines.

Loot and quest helper

Loot ESP is split into three layers, ground items, corpses and containers, each with its own price and distance filters and the option to hide in scope or in battle mode. Item categories match Tarkov's own inventory categories: weapons, ammo, keys, barter items, medical items, provisions and more.

The quest helper is the standout here: it highlights loot and locations tied to your currently active quests, filtered from your full quest list, so you are not manually cross-referencing a wiki mid-raid.

Movement and misc

Movement options include infinite stamina, a 1.5x speed hack, high jump and no fall-related restrictions. Weapon modifiers remove recoil, spread and sway, and make aiming, reloading and weapon switching instant. On the camera side there is thermal and night vision, a free camera, third-person view and adjustable FOV and zoom.

Customization and safety

The menu supports English, Russian and Chinese, saves and loads full config profiles (including import and export), and has a dedicated panic button plus a toggleable watermark. Two requirements-page details matter most if you are choosing between cheats: Medusa Rage does not require a spoofer, and it ships with a streaming bypass for OBS and Discord.

Verdict

Medusa Rage fits players who want one cheat that covers combat, loot and questing instead of juggling several tools. The closest-bone targeting with role exclusions and the quest-linked loot helper are the two features that separate it from a bare-bones aimbot and ESP combo. At the time of writing it is listed as undetected, with keys in stock on the product page.
